Amazon is one flat monthly fee, priced by how many products you sell. TikTok Shop is a share of what it sells, with nothing up front. Both start with a free appraisal, in writing within 3 working days.

02You are new. Why should we trust you?
We are a new agency, so we put everything in writing before you pay. Your appraisal is free and yours to keep. Your first fixes are agreed in writing before you sign. You keep your own account and logins, and David reads every appraisal himself.
03We don’t sell on Amazon ourselves. Can you still help?
Yes. If you have no Seller Central account, you open one in your company’s name, on your own computer, and we guide you through it. Then we run it for you. If you sell to Amazon through Vendor Central, your appraisal looks at how the two would fit. You can also start on TikTok Shop with no Amazon account at all. How brands start selling direct.
04What happens to the sellers already on our listings?
You choose. Sell alongside everyone, alongside a chosen few, or be the only seller. Where you want them gone, your trade customers get fair notice to sell through what they hold.
05Will this upset the retailers and distributors we supply?
Not if it is done in the right order. Nobody is cut off overnight: you choose who sells, trade customers get fair notice, and we only act where there are real grounds. The aim is a steadier price on Amazon, which is what your stockists notice first.
06Is there a percentage of sales?
On Amazon, no. One flat monthly fee, set by how many products you sell, with no revenue share, no margin on product and no cut of ad spend. On TikTok Shop, yes: 15% of TikTok Shop sales, on the full price the shopper pays, VAT included, with no upfront or monthly fee. How TikTok Shop works.
07How long is the contract?
Twelve months to start, on Amazon and on TikTok Shop, because most of the work builds over months, not weeks. After that, both run month to month, and either side can end them with 30 days’ notice.
08Whose account and stock is it?
Yours. You keep your stock and your logistics, and you stay the seller on every order. You own Seller Central and invite us in as a manager. Your TikTok Shop opens in your name too, and you give us access through TikTok’s partner link, which you can withdraw at any time. We never hold your login.
09What do we have to do on TikTok Shop?
Open the shop in your company’s name, approve and send samples, and ship orders from your own stock, or from your Amazon stock if you sell there. We do the listings, creators, ads and the monthly report.
10Can we start with just one channel?
Yes. Start with Amazon, or with TikTok Shop. Each has its own free appraisal.
11Amazon has its own AI tools now. Why would we need you?
Tools press the buttons faster. They do not know which seller is undercutting you, why, or what to fix first. That judgement comes from six years selling on Amazon.
12Do you pay for referrals?
Yes. If you work with UK Amazon brands and send one to us, you get 10% of our monthly fee for every month that brand stays with Foundry Labs, paid after they pay us. Nothing to pay and nothing owed if they do not sign. Call 020 8163 5402 or email [email protected].
13Can you take our brand to Amazon in Europe?
Yes. Once your UK listings are in order, we can take your brand to Amazon’s stores in Europe, in your own name, with no extra fee from us. Amazon’s own fees and any VAT registration it needs stay with you. Your appraisal says whether it is worth doing, and we agree the plan in writing before anything starts.
